No problem! Our designers are here to help. Just tell us your ideas, and they will suggest the best styles and create all the necessary drawings for you.
What steps should I take if I have a product quality issue?
We check quality very carefully. A dedicated manager watches your order on its own production line from start to finish. After the final check, we give you a quality report. If there is any quality problem, we promise to remake and resend the product completely free of charge.
What are LINSHOME's shipping policies and options?
We handle shipping the main materials and cover the CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) cost to your port. Shipping costs depend on the size of your order and your location. We will give you a tracking number after your order ships directly to your destination port.
